The Conference welcomes the attendance of physicians, researchers, students and industry representatives. To encourage a balanced attendance of physicians, independent researchers and company representatives, different registration types and rates are presented. Select your registration type to proceed to your registration area. You may pay by credit card, paypal account or bank transfer by the deadlines stated below. A dedicated Group Registration area is available. Select the appropriate button at the bottom of this page.

Pre-registered users may cancel their registration at any time until 31st May 2019. A refund fee of 6% will be retained for accounting and banking costs.
From June 1st to August 31st, 2019:  20% of the total amount will be retained.
No refunds will be given after 31st August 2019.
Name Change is free until 31st August 2019. After this date name change will be subject to the same on-site supplement due for on-site registration, e.g. 50.


Deadline for online and group registrations is August 30th, 2019. After September 1st, only on-site registrations at the Conference Venue will be accepted. An additional fee of €50 is applicable for on-site registrations.

All registrations entitle for:

  • Attendance to all Scientific Sessions
  • Attendance certificate
  • Conference kit
  • App programme and Abstract book
  • Coffee breaks and lunch at the conference venue, as per the programme
  • Continuing Medical Education accreditation (if provided)
